The BBB has given Vital Recovery Services a rating of A+, its highest ranking. Vital Recovery Services is also a member of the American Collectors Association, Electronic Payment Associate, and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
Although Vital Recovery Services is accredited by the BBB, the bureau did process 133 complaints in the last 36 months against the debt collection company. According to the BBB website:
